Ingredients:
– 2 large potatoes
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– Salt, for taste
– Optional other seasoning – paprika, garlic powder, pepper
Instructions:
Prep the Potatoes: Wash and thinly slice the potatoes with a mandoline slicer or knife. Note that the thinner the slices, the crispier they’ll get.
Soak the Potatoes: Place the potato slices in a bowl of water and let them soak for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch, this helps them crisp up better.
